I do have a free option for certain categories, but I believe that the cost for listing in my directory is more than reasonable.

Nima, we offer deep links at the Voisd Webmaster Directory - although obviously it depends entire on the type of website you are looking to submit - we only accept webmaster, computer or internet related resources. Our directory is very well indexed, and the majority of pages have very good PR rankings.
