Well if you want to get your money out you will have to add a bank account or a credit card. Paypal people are .... and I am quite sure they won't solve your problem. Or else you can just request a check.

I read on many forums, even here on DP that sending limit for unverified users is 100$ per month, so Y I can't send a single dollar, instead, I haven't send money yet. I have more than 100$s in my paypal account at the moment. Please please help me. I have signed up using my cousin's address who lives in USA.

Yes Richie sending limit is $100 for lifetime for unverified paypal account.

I don't think so that you need credit card info to request a check from unverified paypal account. Correct me if i'm wrong :(

I ran into this problem once when someone sent payment to me to the wrong address.

Because my debit card / checking account was already associated with my real business paypal account, I had no way to verify the account. Unless I'm just dumb and missed somethign somewhere, it is impossible to get money out of an unverified paypal account, period. I tried.

The way I ended up getting my money was to close the paypal account. They sent a check for the balance minus a couple dollar fee to the address I used when I created the account, and it took about a week.

It sucks but its the only way to get your money if you can not verify your account.

Seems like I will have to do the same thing :(

While adding address, credit card info is being asked.

If you get a check, you need to bank it in a bank account. You did mentioned that you do not have an existing bank account so in the end, no matter what, you still need to open at least a savings account. Why not just not close the paypal account and just open a bank account and use it for verification.

If I am not wrong if you close a paypal account, you probably cannot open the same type of account.

If you are not located in the US, why not just open an account with your address in your country.

You were using someone's address in US for signing up for paypal and you don't stay in US, right? And were you using proxy for login in to paypal? Seems like paypal has limited your account as you were login in from some other country's IP lol:(

Sorry to bring this topic up, but I have a quick question.
In order to send money from a PayPal account, you need to verify it by adding a Bank Account or credit card, right?

So will they charge the credit card, or withdraw some money from the bank account?

If you want to verify yourself through credit card then they charge $1.95 to your credit card and alongwith that you'll get expanded user number (appear in your credit card account statment).

This is strange. I've never heard such a thing before. I also have a personal account but I still can send and receive from other people.
