Nine Months Journey of my business experience

    Hey,

    I am into online business (web design and development) for Nine Months. I have great experience in this small period of time.

    I have blogged my experience. Here is the the cream:

    Problems I faced:

    1. How to hire talent
    2. How to keep talent for long time
    3. Money crisis
    4. How to handle money crisis
    5. Maintaining reputation in worst scene
    6. How to manage projects, team, clients, new work and many related issues at a time
    7. How to handle when worker left the company and projects without any notice
    8. Many more…I don’t remember

    What I have learn:

    1. Never try to be over smart (I was banned at DP)
    2. Have faith in yourself.
    3. Have long term policy, short term policy and backup plans
    4. Have good funds in hand as backup money. (Any time you may need it, yes… I am saying any time, you won’t have thought it)
    5. Hire peoples from reference and at okay cost.
    6. Always have spots who can fulfill urgent need of money and technical need. Spare your alternate man power in case when guys left company and project with out notice.
    7. Girls are more sincere than boys. But boys show more intellect.
    8. Give very very free and politics free environment. This is must. Keep very very close eye on this.
    9. Cross check activities and never have blind faith on any guy in business.
    10. Believe in GOD. Life have both darker side and bright side. And one come after another.

    seems interesting, its nice to put your work in front, you know what you are doing and then get better..
    moreover you can also maintain a record for urself for daily progress, weekly progress and monthly progress , helps a lot :)

    Thanks mate. You are right. I keep a dairy with me to list the work I have to do in whole day. For online work I use outlook and google desktop. But not daily progress, weekly progress. I do calculate on month basis.

    Thanks again. I tried to add greens to you but...it said....you have already given rep so I need to wait for sometime to give you again. :)
