Recomend me a host?

I'm looking for a host like this:

Unlimited domains hosted
15-20gb of space or so
100gb of transfer or so
Unlimited sql, email, etc.
cPanel
All the other stuff you expect from a host (php support, cgi-bin, perl5,ror,etc)
99.9% uptime

I don't want to spend more than $6 or so a month and it has to be payable monthly.

Any recomendations?

I recommned www.iipanel.net thay are a top host and i have been with them for 4 months and had no issues at all thay are a nice bunch of freindly support team and if you have issue thay will sort it out and fix it within 10 mins lost times

 

I would always recommend hostgator.com to everyone.
Try the baby package which costs $9.95/mo.
It worth your money though I know it's out of your budget.

i was a dreamhost user nearly one month ago . their servers are so slow and they have unbelievable downtimes (sometimes 2 weeks)

note : this is only my opinion . i have used 5 months their service

 

Site5 has one problem though. They dont allow hosting link farm kind of scripts like topsites, kingofthebill, Word Links Pro etc...

Does anyone know hosts other than site5 that have multisite feature (host any number or fixed number of sites without spending an extra buck) and also that allows the above mentioned link farm scripts to be hosted?
