    I recently setup this blog - making use of various PLR articles about travel in La Jolla. Although PLR content, it hasn't been used on very many other websites. You also have permission to reword each article if you are wanting to make them more unique. The site is new so assume negligible traffic and revenue figures. La Jolla travel terms get decent CPC with overture, so I am sure with a bit of promotion the site could do well.

    I have also installed various wordpress plugins to ensure the site will get indexed well and is SEO friendly.
