$20 Logo Contest [PayPal]

I have started a new site and like the current logo, but I know it could be MUCH better. I am offering $20 PayPal to the best logo made for my site. It must be 433x116. I want it to use the same background as it is using now.



Here is the page it will be seen on:

It will replace the logo on the top left. I want it to blend very well with the theme, and have some type of image in it if possible. I would want the PSD when finished if possible.

The negative thing about video sites using animated logos is that it distracts the viewer from the video or game that they are playing. I do like it, but it could be distracting. Maybe something less distracting?
