    Well, it could just mean that one click was viewed as invalid.

    CTR is 12% - a little on the high side. Maybe they did indeed deduct a click from your total.

    The wouldn't deduct a click due to high CTR. It's such a small sample that 12% is not outrageous at all. I've even has CTR of over 100% on very small samples.

    dont conclude anything based on partial day stats. Wait for the full day stats. It may just be that clicks data was updated while earning wasn't.
