*Ok I purchased this website in mid october for $100 of a friend of mine, its got a great design and a great URL. All it needs is some promotion as basically none has been done at this point in time.

*I placed adsense on the site on the 15th of october
and since then the stats have been like this -
16,712 impressions and US$178.28 revenue, ecm is arounf $10 which is very good!!!

*The average monthy revenue is $60 from adsense ad units alone + I have not even added in the search revenue.

*Based on the principle of 12 months x $60 = $720+ is the value of the site.

* Extreme tracking was added in mid november, and was only just recently added to all pages of the site as before this the extremem tracking was only on the home page.

* Content is all public domain and free to use and it has been edited,

*The site could turn into a real earner for any one who knows SEO and knows how to drive traffic to websites, as I dont know a whole lot in this area.

FYI - the whole "Broken Bones" section is a bit off. I understand it's not unique content, but the content in there currently is related to broken crystals? and other materials..

 

I understand what you are talking about but this content is related to the bones in the human body and the compisition of these, hence a medical site how is this content not related.

This was all on the site when I purchased it, all I have done was add the adsense to various areas, with more traffic and seo this site is a real money maker.

Spent $10 on promotion thoes two days, did some directory submissions and this article submission to some social bookmarking sites, just a example of what revenue this site can make with a little traffic.

Also the site was out of action for most of decemeber hence the low impressions and low revenue.

This is a great site for some one who knows SEO and how to develop this site more effectively, This site could quite easily make $XXXX+ a month with the right seo and owner.
