    Proxystars is a great working proxy using the CGI script.

    it was created on Dec 21,2006 and since then has had a link exchange campain and has done pretty good with adsense. It has its own unique design that will come inclued (PSD). for the first month it has been listed on several high traffic sites as a good proxy to use.
