indexed by google?

    quick question before purchasing a domain, why is it important to have a domain name thats been indexed by google for a long time?

    - google take the age of a website in consideration for the page rank
    - the age of a website can tell them that is a seriours website and not a dooraway page.

    If it was an established site (on that domain) you will also get "type in" visitors...

    Yes its very very important

    So you can check whether the site is banned in Google?

    If it not indexed it may be banned or fake page rank
