    I agree with you MCSteps! I have personally used a mac and it is user friendly and looks cool one different programs.

    Wrong. Mac OS X is the most user friendly OS out there, just because you're used to windows doesn't mean it's more user friendly. You want to take a look at how simple a mac is to use compared to a PC.

    Hello everyone,

    Like iFire, I too have never used a Mac. In the Internet marketing profession, I prefer the PC because it can read all files, from .exe's to pdf's. A Mac can only read pdf's without PC emulation software (which isn't cheap from what I've heard.)

    Plus, PC's are cheaper. I'd be willing to give a Mac more of a look now because I know they have advanced greatly from 10 years ago, but a PC works well for me!

    Take care and have a great day!

    Sincerely,

    Joe Chengery III

    That .exe argument is really stupid, a .exe is a windows program so it obviously won't work on a mac (unless you use boot camp or parallels). It's just the same as saying that a pc won't run .app files. And as for mac's only being able to read .pdfs, thats just you talking bollocks.

    I'd definitely have to go with a PC with Linux on it, preferably Ubuntu :D

    PC FTW!! Macs always frusterated my mind because I grew up with PC, not to mention most hardcore mac lovers I know are weirdos :D

    I grew up anti-mac...whatever that means :rolleyes::p

    I was always biased I guess, PC being 64.88 times more customizable than a mac but I think the gap is closing for sure.

    Interesting to me is that mac is the preferred platform for professional photographers....better for PS and the like:confused:
