PageRank 5 - Arcade site - 400 games - Whats it worth?

    I run a Arcade site that gets around 200 UV per day - I have a unique part of my site as you can see (www).bot-games.com - You get paid $20 every 5 months for having the most games played.

    So.

    PageRank 5
    200 UV per day
    Around 400 games
    Unique flash graphics

    What do you all think its worth.

    Does it help that my site is PR5??

    Does monthly revenue include how much I get per month for links on my site.

    Yes....
    Monthlt rev = adsense/yahoo money + link sales + any sale from site.
    PR5 makes it more easily sellable at 12 times price.
