Badhearing.com - unique content – Reselling it

Recently I bough www.badhearing.com from here http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=194131 (trippyvibes bought it for me)

But due to my involvement in other new projects, I don’t have the time to work on it, I just redesigned the whole site (obviously Adsense Desgin), the traffic is minimal and the buyer should work on this, but the price of the clicks are encouraging: 1$+

I bought the site for 300$ and will sell it at least for 300$

Site with 4 pages for $300 ???? I don't get it! Even if it's unique content .. 4 pages I can write in 2 hrs and it still not going to cost $300

Thats what i paid for it and others were willing to pay (check the thread), i won't sell it for less, not in a hurry to sell it or get rid of it, i bought it because the site has the potential, but i don't have time to work on it, so if i get at least what i paid, i will sell it, or else keeping it won't hurt

 

Price should be based on revenue not what you paid for it.

Well I am not lying, I am telling you that the site lacks the traffic and income, when I bought it I didn’t ask how much money it was making (the ex owner was clear that the traffic was minimal too), I decided to sell it since I have other major projects and I am trying to organize my life, so if someone wants to take the site and work on it, it has the potential to succeed, I am also interested if someone partners it with me 50-50 (for free) but he/she will have to work on it and make it SEO and add content and follow it.

 

50-50 is interesting, but work for $300 is not many hours.
