Paypal - money problem

Seems like i have debited from my account -money now if i do not pay up what will happen to me most likely? collection agency ? I don't have to pay up? will i goto jail for it? I'm not paying for anything

 

only problem is account has my real name, (nothing else) bank account was removed in december.

 

I don't understand. Do you mean PayPal have taken a refund from your account even though you have no funds in it?

 

Didn't you post some days ago that your paypal account was miss used or something like that ??

 

No this is the problem I recently sold a virtual item to someone and he had paid me for that amount then i got transaction is temporary pending on hold. He let me login his paypal so i did and he too has -money.

Paypal seems to want us to return the money back back to where ever the money first came from aparently..

So the deal is i am in -money cuz i spent the money.

I'm not going to be paying anything i would like to know what would happen to me with the fake stuff on paypal.

 

paypal not get off easily? Currently i have about 7 transactions thats all in temporary hold making my paypal account -1850 or around there. Yeah all 7 transactions and today just 2 outta 7 so far said best thing to do is refund buyer. Problem is some of the money he sent me i withdrew it to my bank successfully. Like i sold this person my wow account, world of warcraft, steam, some cd-keys and gamecards. he paid me differently and in times of completation.

i withdrew 700 to my bank got it. Then i removed my bank.

Rest i spent it on items like shoes / products to ship to my house.

later in january all transactions made in december. i got the limited problem i was lucky i removed my bank and i changed my street and phone now.

What will happen to that -1850 around there if i never log in that paypal account again?

Since i removed my bank they cannot go in it again and withdrew back the 700 bucks or even 1850 ? to make it back to positive?

 

I'm reasonably certain your removal of the information from your account doesn't, in fact, delete the records from Paypal's database.

Whatever you do, you should operate under the assumption that they know your address and banking information.

 

ok so then im screwed basically? i withdrew 700 to my bank and other money i spent it online so paypal is collecting it all back from my bank? can they take 700+ more from my bank?.

 

I don't believe they are allowed to pull money from your bank account without your explicit instructions to do so.

But they have the information. So if they choose to pursue you, they know who you are, where you live, and your banking info.

 

What if i let someone withdrew to their bank? And it isn't mine? Like paypal name is one bank name is different than paypal name.

 

Well, they go after the person who's account received the withdraw funds from paypal. (I think so)...

 

I heard from someone paypal cannot legally do anything to do if you do not pay aka fit ur paypal account balance. Leaving it -money and ignore everything on paypal.

 

Yes, they can get the money from your bank.
You agreed to that when you got yur account.
Same with credit cards

Now, if you have a negative balance, they will turn it over to collection agency, go to court, whatever.

I read it and Saw paypal will not withdrew from my bank but i am obligated to pay them to fix my accoutn if i dont they didnt tell me what happens so therefore i keep my money in bank. And collection agency be coming i think
