Hello, Well, recently about a month or two ago I ventured into the world of proxy site making, and it was great for a...while, up until this weekend. I run 4 proxy sites, started on running two - making $10 a day, then $15+ once I added the next two sites. I've already passed the $100 mark. Now, the sites currently running, use to get 800-1000+ uniques a day, then came a bit of trouble with my web host, so I moved them all to VPS servers (couple weeks ago) - that created a day or two and a half of downtime since I needed to get my funds in order. I think that might have created some distrust from my visitors, but I'm not really too sure. So, now and as of this last weekend, all 4 sites are getting about 100-200 uniques a day with about $1-3 a day (except on sunday when it shot up to $8, which was strange, and why I don't think it is a traffic issue). It dropped really really low from what I was making before moving. I thought maybe it was just my competitive ad filtering, but I don't think it is, since I've had it updated and set ever since the sites have been setup. Here is my question: What could've possibly happened? How could I improve or reverse the issue? I've tried pretty much all the tricks around here that I read so far. My ads are blending really well with the primary colors on my site too. Thanks for any possible sign of hope. ~Alc
Well perhaps your hits were from Australia, as they are now on holidays. You have to take all that into account. Just submit to more proxy sites, and eventully your hits will go back up. Good luck man!
Hmm, it seems today everything has normalized back to what I was earning, back up to $15 already today. I'm happy!
