    For me that green color looks quite annoying
    I would also change buttons in the menu.

    Also no need to put a header called "Ads Links" this is not allowed, and it would be better with only the adlink box.

    I would remove the big "text link ads" header and put something nice looking instead, I would take care of the bottom also, because when people scroll down they see it and at the moment it's too "simple".

    After, if you make changes and write again I could say more.

    Yes.. its better to use the same font as your adsense ad. It will blend it even better.

    I didn't like the green color either, I felt dizzy after looking at your site for some time, which may push visitors away...
    And remove "Ads Links" Google only approved: “sponsored links” or “advertisements”.
