    If you mean : the more interesting from a SEO standpoint, I would say :

    1 - one way
    2 - 3 way (depends how it's done)
    3 - reciprocal

    The order is good, one way links have more "weight" than 3 way links that have more "weight" than reciprocal links. Keep in mind that any linking strategy used is good for your website as long as you do it ethically.

    no way...

    one way link is most effective

    however, link building of most site is still base on reciprocal. Eventhough it is not effective, it is the cheapest and the easiest way(just plug it in link metro or similar site and you got tons of low quality spammy link in no time)

    free one way is the king :)

    beside getting a link, it also mean my work is approved by someone else, which is a big motivation for me
