skype phone numbers in my adsense ads ?

I just noticed that one of my adsense ads has a link for a direct skype phone number, will I get the PPC on that link also ?

 

As it's adsense ads,I think you'll get paid if someone clicks it.

It has the regular add box but underneath the url is a skype phone number, seems like this can bypass the click on some situations and all of us will be left out in the cold.
