# of posts lowered?

    I just noticed that the # of my posts lowered from 750 to.. 700. What happened? Just curious;)

    Does that mean some of the threads that I've been posting on have been deleted?

    I think you might have posted in introduction, and the useless posts must have deleted by the MODS :)

    I guess the cut and paste into the introductions threads didn't impress someone.

    It's great that established members like you want to welcome people but surely the welcome should be personalised? If you have no specific comment then surely it becomes as meaningless as "y'all have a nice day, now" from a bored shop clerk?

    You should have got Infractions for pad post count :rolleyes: i guess.

    You can check it in usercp in bottom just above the table of "latest reputation recieved".

    A welcome message once in a while is ok but 10 - 20 intro posts in a row (even personalised) look so "I want to increase my post count" :D

    Yeah... Mods delete excessive welcome posts. It's very funny to see 20 threads being deleted one after the other through the Spy. :D

    Why dont we disable post count in the welcome section?

    This will prevent users from increasing their post count by making useless posts like "hi! welcome"

    Disabling post count in introduction section is a good idea. This will prevent stupid posts like welcome, enjoy etc. I am thinking to make atleast couple of welcome posts :rolleyes:

    No post count increment in welcome section
