    Not really. It's like PR - it depends on the specific URLs used by other blogs/pages that link to your blog - if more use domain.com than domain.com/ it would be the other way 'round.

    But remember this tool is only based on your Technorati Backlinks!
    And only technorati shouldn't be used for calculations...i think Google PR+Alexa Ranking+Backlinks etc... all should be taken into account, then this will provide a better value of your blog!

    I wouldn't take any of these "dollar evaluations" all that seriously, any more than I take PR all that seriously as a measure of the worth of a website or web page (I won't even bother to comment again on the worthlessness of Alexa rankings).

    Just think of it as a relative measure of how your blog is doing in comparison with others, rather than an absolute measure of market value.

    Unless you're trying to sell it to a willing dupe... err... buyer, in which case the evaluation is of course spot on. :)
