What is this facination with trailer parks? Norway did not abandon their neutrality policy until after WWII in part during their joining of NATO as one of its founding members. Take a look at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Norway_during_World_War_II or Brittanica, or just about any reliable historical source on the planet and you will find that Norway maintained a neutrality policy through both WWI and WWII. Why do you constantly seek to dispute history? Does it have something to do with your trailer park fetish?
Like I said earlier, Norway was trying to stay neutral and not engage in a war, but it didn't work and was invaded by Germans (therefore defended itself - tried - and was not neutral any more). The above quotes were from the Wiki link Mia posted

Mia, I suggest you look up the definition of neutrality from somewhere. Besides a treaty/contract/agreement is only valid until all terms are held. Therefore when a term is violated (Germany invading Norway) that agreement is automatically voided. Also, when two countries are at war, you don't see president of one country to come to TV and say, since Germany has killed us and is about to come into our capital we are neutral anymore.
