When do you think Google will be done with PR update?

    Considering most of the DC's

When do you think Google will be done with PR update?

Do you think the PR is going to change for the sites it is not updated?

Kind of confused and feel sorry for myself.

Sites that are good still have PR0. (Hundreds of $$ spent - Few in this category)

Sites with less back links and less traffic got PR4. (minimal Advertising)

    I am in Horrible situation.

    Thanks

I think google is done with PR update as i have seen most of the DCs are showing updated results... and yes this time a huge ups and downs are happenings for many sites... I personally got PR 4 for my site in a less time :D

My own view is that IF the update has finshed, and it may well have, google is in a mess because there are many examples of crazy toolbar PRs, so much so that the whole PR thing is becoming meaningless ... assuming it wasn't already :)

I'm not saying that Google are going to finish with PR, I just think the whole tihng has become increasingly irrelevant. Unless google can sort it out I am sure we will see more and more people paying less relevance to toolbar PR. But maybe that's also what google wants?

Well, PR updated and we will certainly have to wait another 3-5 months before a new one. PR is not that important except if you're selling advertising space. If not, traffic is the most important...

May be that is what they wanted to do.
Probably, they could not figure it out properly.

Not happy with the PR update.

I would say that this update or whatever you want to call it is over. I do not expect to see any other changes for the next 3 months. I think Google wants to give people something to think about and so messing up everyones pr is the best way to go.

I'd say we are stuck with these results for the next 3 months whether we like it or not.

Just got a Red Rep for this Post.

If you as a Moderator want to give Red Rep - I know that no one can stop you.

I agree you are the king/Queen of the forum.

Only suggestion is please explain your reason so, we can correct the mistake.
And avoid getting the red rep in future.

bunch of Smily faces don't help me with the correct reason -- Just my $0.02

You can limit how many posts a user can post/day or per hour -- Just a thought.

    Thanks

I give it another week. On one site, some of my inner pages have PR while the home page does not. Unless this is the new way of thinking for Google which would be silly.

    Based on this thread's topic:

when do you think Google will go bankrupt?

    NO ONE KNOWS

why do people keep posting these threads asking about when the next pagerank update is, when it will finish, or how long it will take? no one knows for sure, it's impossible to know unless you work for Google. Maybe even if you do work for Google, you still might not know.

I guess it's because we all care too much about it, but we certainly should use that time to get quality links instead of worrying about it...

Its over sorry... unfortunity you will have no choice but to wait for the next update. Yes im in a sticky situation myself but have no choice but to wait for the next update :(

I recieved a PR5 and was hoping for a PR6 but it didnt happen and sleek didnt even get a PR for the index, but thats ok ill just dump more high quality links into it as its bound to pay off sooner or later. :p

If you need to sell one and the price is right let me know ;)

    many thx

The same has happened to me. In most of my new sites, mu home pages have PR0 while many inner pages have got PR3. This is way too strang since i've doing some SEO targetting my home pages.

I didn't think they were totally through with the last update... I still had different DCs showing different PR for my sites. Got a PR4 for Hi Tech Directory though so I guess that's OK since it only came online in October. Was hoping for a 5 though :D

I noticed that directories are now passing less and less PR. Submitting to web directories are becoming more and more a waste of precious time.

Sites with mostly directory links are losing PR.
