Well on my site I have had 3,389 pageviews and one click!

The site has only been open about 5 days.

    heres the site
    www.sagags.com

    any things you suggest?

That one click was worth $0.66 though

You should remove the splash page and cut down on the number of subforums on the main page. Won't help with AdSense, but it will help overall. ;)

Its very sad to have so many page views and only 1 clicks there. I agree that Forums is good with Google Adsense.

I hope you realize that you are using Link Units not Text Ads on your site!
The clicks on Link Units do NOT count! Change them to regular ads.

In fact Google allows you to click on your own link units.
    (Not on the ads though)

Change the current google ads so it is enough if a use clicks one time.

How many unique users do you have with those 3000+ pageviews?

Yeah... Don't expect too much adsense revenue from a forum. Even DP does not generate much clicks.

errmmmmm, I'm making $22-25 a day with link units on my sites. I have one regular ad block in the footers but the rest are link units. Oh, and they are forums.

I have similar problems for over 8 months... :(
Plus my worth is not nearly that high... :(
You have just 5 days, be patient - that's what everyone says to me
(I'm not patient anymore, though  )

this is what happens with stumbleupon or digg traffics ...

    1) you need better page titles
    2) more traffic to reach at any analysis .. your forum is at very start.

As i can see you try to create a community ( gaming related ). Make a mainsite with articles and things like this about gaming , and use the board as a subpart of your project.

well to start off, I got two clicks just this morning both equaling 80 cents.

I don't know what changed but im getting more clicks

Ok I did try taking out the link unit at the top and put a full banner but it was just to obtrusive so I left the text links and I put a full banner at the bottom

I also added a link unit after the first post, I will be back tomorrow to report on how it worked

And for those who asked where im getting all these users. I made one of my friends a admin and got 3 or 4 of his friends who joined and they where really active, after that people just started joining. When people say you need active users to build there forum they werent lieing

UPDATE: I think that im getting more clicks today because the ads are now relevant, I was getting random ads and I'm getting alot of ads for game consoles and video game re sellers

O and I intsalled analytics last night so it didnt show the total views for the day but heres the sum

Highly doubt you are getting that much with 3000 page views!

How that much of page views and one click? It's so sad that people shy away from clicking the ads. I hope that you receive more and more clips in near future.

A single click on a link unit doesn't pay, that's correct. However if your visitor follows one of the links on the landing page they reach from the link they clicked originally, you will get paid like any other click.
