No its not why just say things when you dont even no the answer? OP you wont get banned from adsense thousands of arbitragers do the exact same thing it isnt agaisnt any TOS or atleast any TOS that is policed. You will likely get smartpriced easier though. The only thing to worry about is the original authors, search for "webspinner" and use that to find synonyms to make the content unique. Or just pay for article writers to rewrite for you.
