Sex.* ccTLD Available : Need Contract.

Hello All DP-ers,

1. Recently we sold www.Poker.cd & www.Buy.cd at 800 bucks total.
2. At the present market price, any ccTLD like Sex.* has a market value over 1000 bucks.
3. We know such a ccTLD as Sex.* available for registration at 25 bucks.
4. For some reasons, we will not register the Sex.* ccTLD domain ourselves.

So we need a following contract from any DP members :

1. You must have very high iTrade ratings here in DP.
2. We will tell you what is the Sex.* ccTLD and where you can register it at 25 bucks.
3. You pay us 500 bucks out of the present market value of that Sex.* of 1000 bucks.

I am not saying i smell a scam, but I am very confused at how contradictory these two points are- you claim this type of keyword in any cctld is worth 1000 bucks, yet you say you have just sold two for a combined total of $800 i.e just $400 bucks each? Am I missing something? Also, are there heavy restrictions on the cctld you are suggesting? Thanks

With all the respect of course,I always wonder why people can get a domain for themselves, worthing $1000, for 25 bucks, but instead, tell somebody else to do it and give them $500?

Me too, I have a deal for DP members, my neighbor has a brand new 2007 rolls-royce for sale at $125. It worth $300,000. I give you his phone number for $500 so you can buy it for 125 bucks.

We sold Poker.cd & Buy.cd at 800 bucks.

Initially the buyer said that Buy.cd has high xxx bucks price. Later he said that he had only 800 bucks in his PayPal. He said if we agree, he will pay us 800 bucks and take the 2 domains.

This was our first domain re-sell and we agreed at 800 bucks.

We know that we sold cheap.

But for Sex.* has high value too. May be 1000 bucks likely.

As for restrictions : If you try to register the domain, then they say that it's either registered or reserved. Mind it, you have to go to the respective country's official registrar.

For that Sex.* we did not notice anything like "unavailable" or "reserved".

In fact earlier, we have faced a same situation : we tried to register a Sex.* and paid the reg-fee, but later the registrar said that the Sex.* is "prohibitted". The reg-fee we paid are still in that registrar account.

In such case, if in case, that Sex.* is "reserved" or "prohibitted", we will fully refund the 500 bucks immediately.

As you have pointed out : The reason for this thread is that : We can not register the Sex.* ourselves for some reason, so we offer this contract. Refer to my opening thread, it's written there.

You guys are crazy. You sign the contract but you pay $500 only after you have secure the domain. No scam here (except if the registrar is involved).
