My business is expanding nicely, but I'm needing to fill a few more gaps as orders come in, and I've had to hold off on some sales prospects due to workload on other team members, or lack of full coverage of all needed skills. Looking to increase the output of quality work from my organization and warrant heavier advertising.

Payments are on the basis of per-task, commission, per post, per article, per word, per project, profit sharing... really there are lots of possibilities... I will consider some situations involving set monthly or weekly contracts if you are able to be regularly available and producing quality work.

As I've said, payment depends on what you are doing, the speed and quality of the work you provide, and your consistency and availability. I can't possibly answer your question unless you email me as requested with information on what you can do, how much you can do, how often you can do it, and what knowledge / experience you have in the matter.

Not a problem. I have replied to your PM. We do offer directory submissions to our clients as well, we just don't prominently advertise it.... _yet_

Would clearly like to state that I do not have any hands on ecxperience in online marketing/sales/advertising(I used to be stock broker myself) but will definitely give it a try.

Well, not particularly... I've never been a fan of anything derived from Microsoft... we could discuss this further though, my knowledge of asp.net programming is basically zero....
