I have owned this site since 2002.

In 2004 I decided to partner with TangoWire.

In the last 2 1/2 years the site has made over $13,000.

I get checks every two weeks for $200-$300+ consistently.

The site has made $400-$600 a month for the last 2 1/2 years consistently.

No money is spent on advertising. I do have a link from one of my other sites (lesbian resource site).

I would also consider selling my lesbian resource site. (PR 5)
Making $200-$300 a month... could make much more!

It has ranked top 5 in Google for a HUGE keyword for years.

Will only sell these if it is enough to fund a very important goal I have.

expecting very low $xx,xxx for one - low to mid $xx,xxx for both.

Yes, that more than 12x revenue... closer to 24x revenue. However, the sites are established, consistently making this money for years, and the dating site is maintainance free.

TangoWire does not allow other advertising at the time, but is in disscussions to start allowing some.

I'll start taking bids at $5,000 to see the interest.

However, I reserve the right to hold onto the site if bids do not reach $14,000

The opening bid is a little less than 12x revenue.

However, I will probably hold for more as this is my most reliable money maker.

Nice site, asking way too much for it in my opinion. How about less up front and a % of income for a specified period of time?

The resource site is receiving 23,000+ uniques a month.

I used to own and advertise adult toy sites there and was making $400-600 a month. I recently sold the adult toy sites and made the site adsense friendly.

So far I'm making around $8.00 a day with Adsense on the site. Looking to opimize it and make more... or I may go back to advertising affiliate programs.

Would love to sell the resource site and the personals site together... but looking for more than 12x revenue.

TangoWire runs the site. Every member who signs up through TheLesbianPersonals.com is your member for life and you receive lifetime commission on their membership fees.

So anyone can register a domain name and sign up for the program.

The value in TheLesbianPersonals.com is that is has an established membership base. There are currently 3,537 members that have signed up through TheLesbianPersonals.com over the past three years. Anytime any of them upgrades or renews their membership you make 55% of the total. I'm averaging $25 for every membership/renewal. I've been making $500-$600 a month for years now.

I don't want to sell either site for 12x revenue. The only reason I'm trying to sell at all is because I'm trying to fund a very important personal project.

This is the reason I am willing to let go of my main two sites for around 24x revenue.

The revenue from the members on the site will always come to you. Even for membership renewals. There are over 3,000 members already.

One great thing about this site is that it makes $xxx every month with NO maintainance. It is nice to have a steady income producer that is not Adsense reliant.

 

Very nice website indeed to bad I do not have the cash on hand.

Tangowire is a nice reliable source of income. I have a couple of websites that use them. They always pay on time and once your member base is so big like this website members always renew and you get more sign ups from word of mouth.

Thanks, Raceway! Yes, the money from my TangoWire sites is the most reliable I have.

I would love to keep this site and use it to help me make the transfer to working at home fulltime.

The only reason I'm selling is because I'm trying to fund a VERY important personal endeavor which must be paid for over the next 8 months.
