That is a tad cheeky isnt it... although so saying isnt that a free template? that aside he's obviously taken your site name as well which is a little annoying. Alive directory have the same thing... www.alivedirectory.com (original) - www.alive-directory.com (loser). So does Aviva... www.avivadirectory.com (original) - www.aviva-directory.com (loser). At the end of the day theres not that much you can do about it, unless of course you have a legal registered right to 'vistadex' - my advice would be to get a custom designed template made, something he can't really steal. That way theres less chance of him copying you... You might even be able to contact the host and get the site taken down because it is basically a complete rip of your site... appart from the design of the logo... Best of luck...
I cant really get a new design made because that directory is a demo of that template. I guess I'll just ignore it, but we'll all know, that guy is a ponzi.

I think we can caught him off guard Since what he is doing is illegal we should also follow illegal means to close down his directory That is he displays Google adsense ads Then we can all join and together click the ads on his website and make him banned from adsense! I think this is the only way we can teach a good lesson to him or we can simply email him threatening that we will email to google to ban your site or ban you from google adsense (just Fooling him)
