Hi, A.The submissions seems to be automated as in many places the descriptions are cut off abruptly. B. I have just finished checking your report for 1300 directory submission. I am sorry to say that they contain many duplicate entries! C. Also many directories still do not display the link. Please explain me here on this post, as i am really upset with this report. JS
Please click the sort button of the excel file you sent and you will know how many entries are duplicate.

Hi JS, I had been busy with my projects lately, and the manger of the submission team appointed a new staff into the team, seems he messed things up. Sure, I have seen your report. The one that we had emailed you, along with the one that you re-sent with the highlighted duplicate copies. Here are the answers to your query. A.NO, the submission are all manual, we have a office with 5 PCs and 2 Laptops , where 5-6(atleast) directory submitter work manually on daily basis. Its not automatic, and hence we have manual report for each submission that we do. So, rest assure your each submission is done manually, hopefully some directories ask for limited description, and the details given by you might had been more. So the staff would have just used the starting of the description due to less limitations. B. I have also seen the report, I am regretful myself for my staff. Out of 1300 Submissions, I found 100 around duplicate entries many times. Dont worry, I am refunding your payment. Along with that as compensation, we are providing all submission ie. 1300 Submission to you with manual report sent again to you through email with all 1300 Submissions again. I hope, now you are getting 1300 Submission for free. And 1000+ were already done. The rest 200 around missing, are resubmitted to the list again. Sure, you will have more then 1300 Submission done now. C.Some directory owners, approve there links on weekly basis. Some directory owner even take 2 weeks time for approval. Since, some are pr4 + directory. The time here is more as depending on the owner of the Directory.Hence, wait for some time to see results. Though, I might had been over angry last day on the guys due to there failure in providing this service I am soon, adding new payment system on our new company website. Nice to hear you have settled this issue with JS. I think From next time you need to be very careful when appoiting staff and also need to train the staff. First i thought you use some automated software for submitting.But after you said its manual i am impressed with the low price you are charging. Hi, This is to inform all that the problem stated earlier now stands totally solved The submissions had been done and all manually. Not only he is genuine in his services but also a gentleman to the best of my knowledge. He has also refunded the entire amount alongwith a free submission for the site. What I understand is that, the mishap occured due to one of his 'smart' new staff and which has been taken care off. Also, I am getting results out of his submission - Just search for the word "Hotclips" and you would know - Its the first site in my signature. I will go for his services again. JS
