TM affiliate site for sale, PR 3, little traffic

    is for sale.

    I started this website last year to have an european template affiliate website, too.

    The design and also the website is a ready made shop and is infact not for sale but you may use it and modify it if you're a Template Monster affiliate. The domain name has a PR3 and has some inbound links (check MSN to get the websites).

    There is only a little traffic because I didn't promoted the site a lot and there could be some sales. I have no proof because of a second template site I own and I can't split all sales. I think if you promote the site you can earn 30-70 USD a month in sales.

    the website is older (june 2006) but is moved to another webhost in oct. 06)

    The domain name is registered until 14th June 2007, I can offer .eu domain registration for a low price (additional 15 euro) if needed (will say you need to transfer the domain otherwise)

    almost 4 (four) USD since the begin, not that much

    I think this domain name is a good chance to start a successful TM template store if you promote the site and add some unique content.

    mainpage has a PR4 now and several internal pages has a PR3.

    the traffic is doing better since a few days:
