But you also need multiple adresses, and once a site is banned from AdSense, you can't use AdSense on it again. So really, there is no way you can trick Google.

multiple account is ok i think as long they are aware. for example if you starting a new website and you have a business partner you can use your registered business to have registered a new google adsense account.

Yes you can have different acounts under the same ip adress. I asked google about this and they said as long as it is not under the same name its ok.
Really? One of my friends got banned a few days ago..(he had an account and her father had one too,they had same address and they got banned because of duplicate accounts)
