After trying to renew 4 domains I was billed the $30 or so and recieved emails. 1 - renewed ok 3 - failed to renew (with no reason as to why?) My card showed the full charge go through. I sent a support ticket in 4 days ago. No reply. Yesterday I called and waited on hold for 30 minutes (no joke) until it sent me to a voicemail asking me to leave my name and number. The voice mail beeped and said the inbox was full, and hung up on me. Next I tried the live support, only to find out when you hit "submit" the page closes itself. NOTE TO SELF: Transfer everything from this POS company and do a chargeback on my card. Domains are a bigger hassle than hosting companies
If it is like what you've suggested, their service is really bad. Waiting on the phone 30min is a very long time and worst of all you didnt get your problem solved.
