My account was locked by namecheap? anybody else haveing this problem?

    I have no Idea what happened. Everything wsa fine and I went to log back into my account and the error was

    Unable to login
    For security reasons, this account has been locked due to too many failed login tries. The user name will be enabled after 12/12/2099 EST. If you think this is an error please email us using the same email address currently on your account to have your account enabled.

    Anyone ever have this problem?

    Don't tell me they stole my domains and my money...

    Please help

    Simply mail them and ask for details..

    I had my account locked "accidentally" - one email to the support and everything came back to normal :}

    Well its really crazy. I have two seperate accounts and they are both locked. I was just wonder if maybe they were haveing problems or something.

    Or either you maybe having problems with someone logging in your account. If not, better email them to fix the problem.

    give them 24 - 48 h.
    Although I'm pretty sure you'll get you answer sooner ;)

    Anyway - there is very little chance that any of DP forum Users might help you more / sooner than NameCheap support team.. so you just have to be patient..

    I had that problem, my password was incorrect (I know stupid me) but my account was locked after I think 3 ? times logging in. Just open a support ticket, and wait.

    Well my account got blocked too, I contacted them, they never replied me back, and I lost 11 fresh domains and one PR 6. :(

    The trick was to send the messages from there site from every emial address you can make or think. Send the message about every min. they will reply
