Matey why do you want to improve "google's" PR

To improve the PR of your website:

1) Get High PR IBLS
2) Make sure the page where the link back is doesnt have to many outbound links or the PR will be distributed.

i have some questions if i would like to gain money from adsense should i have high PR or high traffic to our site?

As I know PR I can make one way link, right? but high traffic how can i do?

Links, updates are good, but don't forget about the structure of your site. Correct structure will improve your page rank and on the other hand, wrong structure may harm both distribution of page rank and affect position in SERPs.

To improve PR you can do the following:
1. Link Exchanges - Do link exchanges with sites similiar to yours.
2. Buy Link Space - Buy links from sites that are similar to yours.
3. Quality Directory Submissions - Both free and paid. Both can help you build backlinks, but on a free directory your site may end up on a page that doesn't have pr and you may never be added in the directory. A paid directory you can end up on a page with pr.
4. Signature Links - Add your site to your signature on forums you participate on. You may also want to purchase other members signature links.
5. Username - If possible have your username on forums you participate on as your domain or site name.
6. Social Bookmarks - Create a good article, and post it on a social bookmark site that relates to your site. If it's good, other sites may end up linking to your article.
7. Blog Posts - Post or purchase blog posts that discuss something about your site.
8. Articles - Create articles, and post them on article sites.

But sometimes you don't have to do a thing and your PR will increase. PR can be weird like that.

 

traffic and pr don't go necessarily together. concentrate on traffic and not in PR (it will come eventually)
