Server is very slow

    My server is always very slow , taking more than 40 seconds to load .. I have a dedicated server .. When i have looked at the Current Memory Usage in the WHM , i have the following below , is it something to do with the slowness? Do i have to increase the RAM ?

    Your server's memory usage seems to be just fine. Can you post output of top (execute command top on ssh console) from such time when the server lags?
