Paypal cheque recieved ....

I live in noida, near delhi. I have received many cheques. They are coming from many places. To be very frank I cannot guess from where particular cheque will come. BUT one thing is sure, I always get them.

 

I requested on 1st Dec - issued on the same date.
Still waiting - Should I contact paypal ?

 

Yes you should contact paypal, or you can wait for another week.

 

I requested my check on the 2-12-2006 and it was issued on 6-12-2006..... haven't received it, I'm from Pune, where are you from? I did contact PayPal but they've asked me to call them, they can't reply to emails cuz they have too many emails to reply !!! So I'll give them a call today and let you guys know what they say.

 

strange, issued on same date? I dont beleive it, perhaps you are viewing details , in details issued date and requested date will be same.

 

I am lucky then. I have received my second check one days back which I requested on 26th or 27th dec.

Well, I think you need not to contact paypal, you'll get your cheque. You need to have patience. Also, there is no harm in contacting too.

Have good luck. Please post when you get the cheque, it is very important to know how great paypal service is.

 

adsenser, did you encash it ? In a citibak? What were the fees?

 

i submitted the cheque to my SBI account. still not encashed. Somene in this threadmentioned that if cheque is encashed in citibank , not a signle penny would be deducted.

 

Man you are so funny, if you deposit in Citibank it will be cleared and you will get balance same day (its called trasnfer).

But if you deposit it into another bank (like I have deposited in ICICI ) then you will get balance next day.

Thats all, bank is not going to charge for it as Bank is charging annual fees for its services.

OK I have email paypal with subject " How much more time "
Also added following in the mail :
"why not paypal offer wire transfer to Indian banks ( if moneybookers can offer it, then why not paypal who is a leader in this field) "
Lets wait for the response.

Again, keep requesting paypal for wire transfer for India in your every mail..

I have submitted the cheque 2 days back still its not encashed..

 

Is there any citibank branch in your city? as I dont know where are you from.

If no then , they will send this cheque to nearest citibank branch and it will take more days.

 

I am in delhi, there is CITIBANK branch

 

It should take 2 days max. Ask bank staff about it, as they can give proper reply than any other person on this forum.

OK finally my check is encashed.

No fee deducted, full amount is paid.
Cheque encahed in 4 days.

Hey everybody I got my 2nd check today.
I withdrawn it on 1st december and now its 15th January - 45 days of long waiting
Anyway, now i have to encash it but it will take around 7 days because there is no CITIBANK branch in my place
