Do you need an email address aswell set up specifically for directory submissions (excuse basic question I'm new to this and most of you appear to know what you're doing!)

Also, do you check to see if the site already appears in the particular directory?

Yes we normally create a mail address for each site to be submitted and provide access to the email address with the report. If a site is already submitted to a directory then the directory would promptly reject the submission and here we replace that with an alreternate directory.

really like mirainfo, he is a stand up guy and proved himself completely honest when i had to ask for a refund for a site that was not being accepted. (due to a weird dynamic URL) How many others would do that?
