I agree, it's a disaster for the terrorists and it's about to get a whole lot worse for them. The soldiers over there are honorable. They don't want you surrendering on their behalf. Unlike some, they are not cowards.

I'm honoured that you remember me, GTech, nice to see you!

I had to stay away from Bush bashers for a while, all these liberals crawling all-over DP were driving me crazy! :)

Thanks for the link, it looks interesting!

Most of the people Saddam killed, were killed by MASS DESTRUCTION WEAPONS that U.S and Germany sold him anyways. Those killings were good until he stopped cooperating with U.S.

I'm not in any way supporting Saddam, but at least in his time there was no civil war. A civil war will easily surpass any killings he did.

United States can't control Iraq, and has failed and needs to simply accept the failure. Anytime you stop loss, it is profit. I hate to see more Iraqis and more Americans die.

The dead in Iraq hurt as much as the dead in here.

    That's bollocks.

The increased presence of another 21,500 troops in a country that they illegally invaded will only make matters worse. Stop living the dream that the US are doing well in Iraq GT because it simply isn't true.

Most of the names have changed, but it's still a festering cess pool of liberal self-loathing on behalf of their (and sometimes not even their) country. The usual...terrorists are not that bad, give them a chance. saddam was just misunderstood. Retreat, defeat, gloom, despair, agony on me.

The names change, but the message is always the same. It's a mental disorder. :)

I believe your country invaded as well, and what was illegal about it? Don't give me the whole "this war is about oil" routine..show me something that says it was illegal...

Incorrect. You wish it were, but the truth is, your buds are losing and it's about to get a whole mess worse for them. Your dream of US defeat is shot.

    Tissue?

To get a dictator out of power...that was the main reason..Saddam was a dangerous man who was only about hurting people.

And if the UN didn't give help him that much, even WMD would have been found.

Unfortunately they had the time to export them.

I can't tell whether to Iran or Syria.

He wasn't hurting U.S and that is exactly it was non of their business to go in the first place. That is what makes the war illegal. A country shouldn't be allowed to just wake up and decide to invade other countries...

Secondly, don't fool yourself. Bush lied about reasons going to war and scared you all. Seems like that no one wants to admit it.

    UCA,
That was the funniest of all your posts so far. Now you are saying there were WMDs but they were moved to Iran or Syria. You probably will end up saying now we should go to those countries to find those WMDs.

Perhaps only to find the "Made in U.S" tag on them...

    Good discussion, good night all.

    Not yet...

And anyway, they would probably be labeled Made in Germany, CCCP, Russia, China, France, etc.

Have a good one, I am going too...

Covered many times. Why the US went to war with Iraq.

    More here.

Which do you think was hardest for saddam to give up? Maybe murdering his own people? That was a tough one, for sure

Standard issue AGS cheerleading quote. Let's review the criteria:

    1) wasting your time
    2) call mate (solicit friendship)
    3) must have a sheeple reference, always!
    4) pretend to be "just questioning" people in authority.
    5) absent always, is the actual questioning of anyone in authority.
    6) doom and gloom about the world coming to and end.

    Pretty much covers it :D

Actually, the United Nations noted that saddam's wmd were moved to Syria. I believe it's in one of these references, but if not, I can certainly pull it up. The question is, would it actually matter? Usually people only try to make wmd an issue, until the truth unfolds. Except for AGS. He absolutely hates that WMD were found :D

    George Dubya Bush:

"The situation in Iraq is unacceptable to the American people -- and it is unacceptable to me. Our troops in Iraq have fought bravely. They have done everything we have asked them to do. Where mistakes have been made, the responsibility rests with me."

When is someone going to kick this bastard up the arse?

Clearly he is above the law, admits in his speech that the situation is unacceptable and even claims that the reponsibility rests with him.

But nobody gives a shit about bringing this idiot to book for his total incompetence. The Democraps should be shouting from the rooftops and getting this chump impeached.
