This most certainly cant be allowed, its very misleading, and hase an image right next to the ad without any borders of any kind, and is presented like a normal link to another site, and even given a "Pagerank 10" and placed on top like that lol with 10 stars.

 

yeah they might get in trouble for that one.

 

Definately against TOS misleading users, I see thing like this alot, i cant believe people dont value their accounts

 

lol, that is pretty funny. I have seen some serious TOS violations but that is probably the the biggest I have seen to date.

I think problem is text just above the ads and rating given to it. they have no sense there. Rather image can be placed in left of ads like remaining links have. I don't know even it is correct or not. I have seen this many times. Also I found a plugin for placing images in left of ads for wordpress. Correct me if i am wrong.

 

I think if they use an image on its left .. it will have 'even' better CTR
