Really depends on the word. Anywhere from $5-$XX,XXXX really. I am buying, so if you have some, please PM them to me. Thanks.
I would have thought so. www.propertyinvestor.info (two words) hasn't suffered from being a .info. All the normal stuff has been done and the site has performed as expected.
As i see the trends and with current marketing price of .info they will surpass .net and become the 2nd most used TLD So the answer is yes and not only dictionary but generally
I use them without any issues. Although I don't really think there is any money in sitting on domain names these days. that is unless you have some funding and can sit on a large portfolio.
Im going to disagree. The money may not be what it used to be, but there is still money to be made. I sell domains for $10-$100 fairly easily. Get the PR and traffic up and pretty much any domain is worth at least $50.
Absolutely, good point. But getting the PR and Traffic up in the first palce is not easy. Thanks, ivnj
But thats why I love .info. You can get a VERY good .info for less than $100, add some content via wordpress, submit to a few directories, and your ranking decently well in SE's (which obviously brings in traffic and helps the PR).
.info is only 3 bucks. Unless you mean buying a readymade site. Anyway I have http://www.teenlounge.org/ listed in google, yahoo and plenty of others. But I still have ZERO PR according to http://www.seochat.com/?option=com_seotools&tool=10 Thanks, ivnj
well i have seen many say .info's are worthless but i wonder they wouldn't grab if they see a name like sex.info , Mortgages, info or a PR6 info name. they might of give you millions but still they are profitable. only bad point is hard to get typing traffic for .infos.
Personal experience. Some infos have sold beyond expectation and some I had to let expire. Didn't even bothered to renew it. Not so much predictable market like .com has.
