PR4 Directory for sale.

Ive Listed the directory before but i didnt get the price i wanted, I think it was mainly because the site didnt have PR but its just got a PR 4.

I made the directory in Mid August.
Currently it has,
732 Active Links
340 Pending Links.
700 Catergories.

It would have about over 4000 links but the mysql database had been damaged because something happened to the server about 2 months ago.

The site has pretty good link popularity.
Current link popularity is 7356, check using submitexpress link pop tool

Has backlinks from many sites.
Currenly has 1036 backlinks from 81 domains.

I have bought directory listing for the directory on avivadirectory & iwebtool

Its just got a pr4, some DC's still may show pr0 because the update hasnt fully completed yet.

Revenue.
I think its made over $50 from featured links since it opened in August.
I dont have any records of payments because of the mysql damaged which deleted everything in the phpld admin. Its made $10 this month from featured links and $40 from selling links.

You can turn it into a paid directory because of the new pr4, you can potentially make alot more money.

Traffic.
The site use to get around 100 uniques daily.
The host stats are screwed, Ive contacted them about it and they said it had something to do the stats module and they are still working to fix some bugs.

You can use the Alexa graph as a traffic guideline.


Currently has an Alexa rank of 166,851

The directory is well established with over 30-40 submissions daily.
It just seems to much work for me now so im looking to sell it to the right buyer. So if you're looking to get started with your own directory this is a nice project to get started with. The directory is ranked #1 on Google for "Free Webmasters Directory"

The directory is pretty cool, it shows thumbnails of the lsited sites aswell, looks very professional. Runs on Phpld 2.0

I just ask the buyer to keep 3 footer links: (DirectoryDump Web Directory & FSBO Home Real Estate Directory) in tact until the end of March.

Please ask for stats, Ive already stated above that I dont have any records because the stats module for host is bugged, I think it was because its hosted on a free server and they couldnt gurantee daily backups. You can always move the directory to your server.

Its showing a PR0 because Google hasnt finished updating the PR on all Datacenters.

I just checked on Seologs and its shows a verified PR4,
I did alos check using LivePR, but its showed PR4 and PR0 because the pr update hasnt been fully updated on all Google DC's.

 

what part of the backend needs fixing?

 

There are no backend probelms that needs to be fixed, the site runs smoothly with the phpld 2.0 platform.

 

Are you going to help me with moving the site to my host and help me add Adsene etc.

I would help you move to your server but I Wont be home tomorrow all day, and Im leaving the next morning at about 4am and i wont be on DP for the next 5 days, I will be on vactaion in Queensland for 5 days.

What I will do is give the winning buyer the Username & Password for the hosting account. If you're too lazy to move the directory to your server i can just give you the "Keys" to the hosting account, basically the hosting is included.


I have just re-checked the pr using Livepr, looks like Google is doing a pretty good job updating the PR on all Datacenters, its almost been updated on most of the DC's.
