This is my first time hosting a contest, I am pretty excited! Ok, I need a logo done for a website called MeetACoach. Logo must be vector. I havent decided on a color yet but reds, blues, or green is what I am thinking. MeetACoach as in mentor, not a sports coach. The website will play host to connecting people who want to learn to those who want to teach. Things for inspiration: I really like the glassy kind of web 2.0ish (buzz word ) looks, but that doesnt mean it needs to be glassy, I am very open to all types. I just ask that the logo look professional, with a bit of playfulness to it. I look forward to seeing what you all create.
Animator21- Thanks for getting things started!, though the text, nor the graphics really grab me. Keep trying SNiiP3R- Lets end this Friday at midnight (so technically Saturday )
It must be a vector image, not a raster image. (Vector is usually done in adobe illustrator and programs like that. raster images are usually done in photoshop.
Killerj Thanks for the entry though not what Im looking for I like the concept a lot, though, am not to crazy for the text and colors.
freaky_sarvesh Not feeling the text at all To All: Can we try not using spheres/circles with images in them? and just the images alone?
SNiiP3R- Looks very good! I like the text and colors a lot, the 'A' is just bit off. Dont know what it is, just dont really like it. Possibly try some variations of the graphic? Oh and in the smaller text meet is spelled wrong
Freelance GD- I actually really like the design, but I think it is a little to professional for what I need. SNiiP3R- Yes I like that better, could you maybe play with the color of the A a bit? and any variations of the graphic? Other than that very good! tomeek- Very good concept I like it. I dont like the text though, I guess a little less web 2.0
Thank you for the invite! I would love to enter this competition but I only have photoshop and most of my designs cannot be vector. I could make the psd very large so it could easily be scaled down without losing quality if that works? -ATF
