Why do you mock truth? Drudge is one of the best non-journalist news writers in the world right now...

CBS has has the most well-known lapses in journalistic integrity, but ABC and NBC are barely more ethical. CNN is right in the mix too.

And then we can go into the numerous complete failures of integrity in the print media...

In comparison, Matt Drudge looks very good.

Real news outlets occasional print false stories , ususally from bad sources, when this happens they are ridculed and often people are fired

on drudge he prints false stories on purpose and then just pretends he didn't

He broke the Monica Lewinsky story, Bob Dole running for president story, was sued by Clinton's former council (an won)...Drudge is so good that millions of people visit his website on the hour...he has set numerous internet traffic records...what has the other media done? nothing but bash bush.

If you would actually watch FOXNEWS, you would see that their NEWS is the most middle of the road news cast. Boortz had an article on it this morning, go read Boortz. (boortz.com) He challenged his listeners and readers to call in with examples of FOX being biased...no one could.

so by ferret's analysis; the other news outlets are better because they have more people helping to print false stories and drudge is one person? You'd think if you had more employees and editors, you'd be able to actually (oh, I dunno) avoid bad/incorrect stories but it seems to happen quite often. Well as long as people are fired. I guess that's what matters ;)

Most of the false stories on drudge are also linked from other news sources...vary rarely is one of his flash's false...actually, I can only think of one that happened in 1999...

So why does Drudge has a better track record than any of the three major networks?

Simple. Matt doesn't have an agenda that he is trying to push.

CBS/ABC/NBC want to change America to their moonbat vision of what America should be -- and they are more than willing to lie to do it.

Little drudgie lovers, and bush puppeteers. The Matt Drudge story was a HALF TRUTH. How distorting and typical of a media source that has acknowledged he is conservative IN HIS OWN WORDS.

Steny Hoyer ACCOMODATED a request from House Minority Leader, John Boehner of Ohio who wanted to attend the Bowl Game in Arizona.

Hoyer said....:"in the spirit of comity"..."I want to accommodate my friend, Mr Boehner".

Boehner requested the day off from Congress so he and others could attend the game between Ohio State and Florida. Lawmakers flying to the game included Boehner, Deborah Price and David Hobson (republicans from Ohio) and John McCain.

Did Drudge report the ENTIRE STORY? NO!!!!!.

Was his report a HALF TRUTH? :D :D

Did any republicans report that Boehner thinks the football game was more important than legislation?

Do the Bush puppeteers/the little drudgies really report the real and whole truth?

Actually this is a trivial issue relative to Bush's speech this evening...but it is just like the drudgie bush puppet people to mimic a half truth.

Check Steny Hoyer's quotes. check the New York Post....and check the drudge report. As of 1/9 he had not altered, corrected, or updated his story.

    Hey guys.......Very reliable source. LOL

We never said he wasn't a conservative...what we said was that his website, the Drudge Report, tends to fall in the middle due to the fact that he actually links to most of the news...The only ones he writes are the big time headlines. Other than that, he is not the author. Did you read the biased report? Apparently not, since it proves your whole post wrong.

I read the research report. It was interesting. I'm still digesting that.

But a guy who reports a half truth...in fact does it on two consecutive days..and doesn't update it or report all the news is simply distorting the news. Its simple.

The report should be updated w/this latest little blurb from Drudge.:D

And when Matt Drudge bs's about the news or tells half the story...or better yet acts in collusion w/republican/conservatives who set up the story...and then spread the down side to make the dems look bad....he is a very poor source of news.

But if you guys want to use a research report to explain away a source who distorts a story and doesn't retract or amend it then go ahead.

    he's a great source for 1/2 of a story!!!!:D
