You're making me hungry.. Personally I like to buy the Tyson Pork Riblets (which are beautifully lean boneless pork ribs) then use the Shake n' Bake herb and garlic and broil for 1 hour 45 minutes.. They are sooooo tender... Yummy... For shit, it sure tastes good.
Great, Dead! OK, here's one - a rosemary sauce I used to accompany our roast Berkshire pork loin... Yield: 1 ½ quarts 2 lb. Onion, ¼†mirepoix 4 tbsp. butter 1 quart white wine 6 cups veal stock 2 tbsp. Rosemary leaves ½ tsp. sugar ¼ cup Dijon Mustard Salt White Pepper 2 tbsp. beurre monte Sweat onions in butter to translucence. Add white wine and simmer, reducing to 1/3 original volume. Add veal stock/demi-glace and rosemary leaves, bring to simmer and continue simmering for 10 minutes. Strain into clean saucepan set to medium low. Add sugar, stirring to dissolve with whisk, then mustard, whisking to mix thoroughly. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Turn to low and finish by whisking in beurre monté until well incorporated.

Those aryan nation people operate just 15 min. from where I live....they are arrested constantly, protest everything, and usually get the shit kicked out of them weekly... Now on to some pork...this is the way we do it. Kill the pig. Fire up the grill. Gut the pig. cut its head off. Throw pig on grill. Cook at 145 degrees F for 18 hours. Take pig off grill. Meat will fall off the skin. chop up the meat and mix with slaw. Serve on a hamburger bun or in a tray. put skin back on grill. Cook till crispy. Enjoy to your hearts delight. Now that is a recipe for some good bbq...

I went back to see why he got banned this time, a few posts back he tried to turn another discussion into a political thread when it had nothing to do with politics. LOL, I guess that might have been the final straw this time.

In my understanding, when given the choice between their own excrement and mud, vs a clean pool of water, the pig will choose the clean pool of water.
Don't forget you can have pigs as house pets also, and I doubt they sit in your bath tub for a "mud bath".
Pigs can be trained to use the toilets too Pigs wallow in mud and filth because they do not have a lot of body hair and will burn very easily in the sun. I think the religious "bans" on foods like pork, shellfish etc are pretty practical (back in the day). Pork has worms in it if not cooked enough. Shellfish can have many different bacterias when eaten raw and even when cooked people (like me) are violently allergic. So, telling people to avoid them for religious reasons is kinda practical.
I believe they lack sweat glands as well and do this to keep themselves cool, like dogs pant.. Make sense.
