Selling cuddlycats.net PR4 & $30+ monthly revenue 200+ visits a day

hi everyone....

about a half a year ago my friend jack (xadet3) gave me a some money for a domain and offered me some webspace to start a site...
i wasn't very experienced with making sites, and never even thougd of making money with them.. so i made a site about my favorite pets.. you can guess it! it's cats!

it started off as a single page with cute pictures i got of google and some friends(the page is now http://www.cuddlycats.net/random.html) just to cheer people up! and after some time i added the newest and cutiest cat pages and i had also put some other cute pets on it... then i tried some advertising on it, i used clicksor (which is still on quite some pages) but it didn't earn much ($4 in 4 months).. i also made a gallery from all the pictures(http://www.cuddlycats.net/catz.html) and a few months later i visited the forum called wickedfire.com and asked for some advice there. and it became a really big thread with a lot of advices!(http://www.wickedfire.com/traffic-supreme/391-how-can-i-get-traffic-my-site.html)
it is now a wordpress site with a modified free template and it's earning quite a lot in google adsense(see stats)!

but as the time flies by i've lost interest in it... and it would do a lot better with a new owner, so i'm going to sell it..

the site receives quite some traffic from search engines(mostly google)..

i traded some links for a few myspace bulitins, but those didn't get much visits, and i did it on trafficboost.me.uk , i did not spend any money on advertising!

This is my first time that i'm selling a site... so i'd want the buyer to have at least 7 itraders!(or have a decent rep at wickedfire.com)... i'd seriously freak out and do stupid stuff if i get scammed...
