    Hello!
I visited a site, www. wisegeek.com/. And I noticed that the addplacement was a bit misleading. Is this against the TOS?

If it isn't, I think I will start using it on my new site :)

    Kalle :)

i don't think it is against TOS.
It looks like the other links, but the visitors can see that there are google ads.

Sounds nice. I will try this on the site then, and see how it goes. But I think I will ask Google first, to be secure :)

Will update when I've got the answer from Google.

I personally think it is a TOS violation. If you look at Google's post about ad and image placement clarification, they say:

I think the example you showed is clearly misleading. The menus mimic the ad format.

Like always though, better ask Google about this directly. Anyone in the forum saying "Yes I think that's fine" isn't going to keep you from getting your account banned.

its a bit misleading....but on link units users have to click twice so I think that's ok.

I totally agree with tlainevool - while it may or may not be in direct violation with Google Adsense' TOS (even though I believe it is), it just isn't worth the risk.
