Hi all members, I just purchased my own domain and researched a lot on various issues ranging from design to SEO. Now that my site is finally launched the only issue left to be resolved is the installation of a good tracking software. I have researched a lot on the net and found out tht Awstats is a feature rich software whereas webalizer provides a simple interface (i have also used webalizer extensively on my client sites). Also i have been using google analytics, with which i am extremely pleased (google rocks!!). So now I just want to invite all the members to vote for their favorite tracking software (so tht i can also benefit from it along with other new-bees ). Also a little help in installing these will be appreciated (as my domain registrar is too lazy to take my call!! ) PS:The voting must be done either in favour of Awstats or webalizer, also any other software suggestions are welcomed but no comparision is allowed with the contenders, poll also attached. They both have their pros and cons: 1. webalizer reports more visitors 2. awstats has more metrics You should have put Google Analytics in the poll, there would be no contest!
awstats for me 1] because its was already installed. 2] because its neater and has more info about stats.
