I actually watched and heard out of Rumsfeld's own mouth on TV that the war and reconstruction would be financed with IRAQ's oil, but I can't find the transcript on the Internet.

 

On the national news today they said that Iraq's neighboring countries are already arming themselves and their respective proxies for a free for all war even before the USA withdraws, so if we don't withdrawal those arms will be used against us.

The bottom line, we can't win, we lost, it's over for the Cheney fiasco, Bush and Cheney need to resign.
