Ok, i have a question about the iWebtools Visual PageRank... http://www.iwebtool.com/visual_pagerank

Do you feel it's reliable or not?

 

Yes Finally, My directory has got a PR4,

If anyone else hasnt had their PR's updated yet just wait and it should be updated soon. I checked mine yesterday and i had pr0 and today i checked and saw a PR 4, quite a nice suprise actually.

 

Like many other it is is also not reliable. But, it is at lest giving some hope for many members by showing PR in the Inner pages.

 

Hmmmm... Excellent question! I just ran one of my front pages and it is showing many of the internal pages as PR6s, but I am dubious!

 

So are you saying it is as unreliable as http://livepr.raketforskning.com/

Because after all, aren't they suppose to do the same thing? Aren't they pulling results from somewhere?

 

This is also happening on alot of my sites. Some site's PR are seeming to revert to values from before the last PR update. Anyone know why or has this happening to them as well?

 

Still no changes on my site. What's the best tool to see the PR update? I'm using livepr but it doesn't seem to see any changes on some sites I've tested.

 

Not always. I have a tendancy to find many of these SEO tools vary in results. I like checking at different sites. And seem to get different results. IE I have a site with a directory. Its had a PR3 for months. And on both the iwebtools and raketforskning both come up as 0. Yet when I compare it to the official Google Toolbar I downloaded from google and have in my toolbar, It comes up as PR3. And somedays it will come up as PR0 to a PR3 on these two sites. So I will not say they are 100% accurate.

 

I finally saw the PR change, too. From 0 to 4!

 

Different DC's provide varying results. Which brought me to wonder where are these tools pulling from.

 

I am seeing PR4 for my site again in some DCs. PR4 is not bad, but I did hope more .

People usually get good PR when they submit to directories... Without submissions softwares

Maybe wait for Mountain View CA California's ( January 10 ) new day coming might have more update.

or

to check and compare PRs and BLs several days later so you can have more time do your own works. ( I prefer this )

 

I have at least one site that's still showing pr0 for the domain but internal pages have pr .... very odd.

I guess I wouldnt know. Other than they cant be pulling from all the Google DC's properly if they are coming up with different results compared to the Google Toolbar for PR. So my guess they arent pulling from all the DC's. Just Some of them. Or something in the script that isnt written right or that the search engine and google algo arent recongnizing the script properly.

 

Its DC which is showing old PRs {old than last pr update}
Its 59.151.x ip block.

Inner page (pages that probably don't have any back links) have a PR2....
Pages that has back links showing 0

 

I understand you, but without my tool I can't get that PR4 .
