    phpcow.com seems to be good per their SEF Description: "PHPCow will also generate the unique meta tags for each of your article with its title, description and body so the search engines will spider them separately for further search"

    working examples like to google site:collegiatetimes.com is a proof of that.

    You're searching the whole domain which also includes other sections.
    for PHPCow you have to google the following:

    site:collegiatetimes.com/news/

    article title is page title, meta keywords and description generated from the article body, which makes every single article unique.
